Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include all tags and packaging.
Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the delivery date.
Contact our customer support team at support@triskel-eyewear.com to start the return process.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details to help us assist you faster.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process, not including bank processing times.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage.
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
Some products, such as those for hygiene reasons or other restrictions, cannot be returned. These will be clearly marked on our website.
Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
